CLS Appoints Ken Harvey Chairman of the Board
CLS Group provides market infrastructure for foreign exchange (FX) trading, mitigating settlement risk in the asset class. Prior to join the CLS board of directors as an independent member in 2012, Harvey worked as group chief technology and services officer and CIO at HSBC.
Harvey will succeed Gerard Hartsink, who will retire in October 2014 after 12 years on the board of directors.
