IPC Appoints Barua as Chief Executive Officer

IPC recently took home an award at the 2014 Waters Rankings

Barua took over as interim CEO in February 2014 after previous chief executive Lance Boxer retired from the company after misrepresenting educational background that was included in his official company biography.

Neil Barua previously served on the executive leadership team of telecommunications company Global Crossing and most recently as a partner at Silver Lake, a technology-centric private equity firm. He will remain part of the Silver Lake extended community as CEO of IPC, which is one of its portfolio companies.
