Paul Christensen most recently served as a managing director and global co-head of Goldman Sachs' principal strategic investments team.

The previous CEO, Anthony Tassone, who co-founded Green Key, will stay on with the company and move over to the newly-created role of chief product officer.

"Paul is world class," said Tassone in a statement. "He will take what we have created at Green Key and propel the firm to the next level. His accomplishments to date are incredible, and he has demonstrated a keen understanding of the voice workspace we've built and its potential to have a profound impact on the financial services industry."

Christensen will be based in London. He joined Goldman in 2006 and has also served as the co-chief operating officer of its global market structure group. He's also served stints at Deutsche Bank, Markit, TradeWeb, SwapClear, SwapsWire, and Volbroker.
