TMX Group Names Jay Rajarathinam CIO
In a career spanning almost 20 years, Rajarathinam has worked at exchanges, banks and technology vendors.
Rajarathinam was most recently senior vice president and global head of infrastructure at Intercontinental Exchange, and held the same role at NYSE Euronext, prior to ICE's acquisition of NYSE.
Before joining NYSE in 2012, he was head of networks and ecommerce infrastructure engineering at Barclays, prior to which he held senior technology roles at Wells Fargo.
At TMX, he reports to Jean Desgagné, president and chief executive of Global Enterprise Services at TMX.
