Dion Global Solutions Acquires Investmaster Group Limited
Dion Global Solutions has acquired the entire issued share capital of Investmaster Group Limited, the UK based specialist provider of wealth management and stockbroking software.
Investmaster has been a specialist provider of wealth management and stockbroking software to the UK private client market for over 25 years. Their client base has combined assets under management exceeding £28 billion (approximately $43.3 billion) and over 800 users across the UK and Ireland.
This transaction gives Dion a significantly increased presence in the UK and an established base upon which further expansion can be built. Investmaster's private client product suite complements Dion's existing range of products, which cover portfolio management, trading, settlement, risk management, analytics, treasury and research services.
Material changes in the day-to-day running of the business are not expected, Peter Little will continue as CEO and the Investmaster management team and staff will continue unchanged. It is anticipated that the Investmaster business will be rebranded as Dion Global Solutions.
