Juggernaut Manages Risk with Imagine
Juggernaut Capital Management has selected Imagine Software's portfolio management, profit and loss (P&L) monitoring and risk exposure analysis software for its Asian operations.
Delivered through an application service provider (ASP) model, the Singapore-based firm will use it primarily in Asia-Pacific equities markets. Juggernaut employs long and short equity strategies, and also deals in futures and options, as well as tactical and event-driven trading models.
"What originally drew us to Imagine was their system's advanced P&L calculations and flexible viewing options as well as its reputation as a premier provider in the Asia-Pacific region," says Wee Yee Tan, chief operating officer at Juggernaut. "As an extensively deployed and widely recognized risk management solution, Imagine is uniquely positioned to understand and address the specific needs of firms in this region, and that was an essential consideration for us. Additionally, we required a scalable and affordable system with the capacity to accommodate the dynamic needs that will accompany the anticipated growth of our business."
