Redline Releases Pre-Trade Risk Solution
Redline Trading Solutions has unveiled Redline Pre-Trade Risk Solution, a new pre-trade risk module. The web-based interface is driven by the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Market Access Rule 15c3-5, which mandates that broker-dealers implement risk management control actions at a pre-trade level.
In addition to checking for things like order level, price, volume and other basic processes, Redline CEO Mark Skalabrin tells Sell-Side Technology that the low-latency module
