Standard Life Asia Installs Automated Work Distributor
Standard Life (Asia), a savings and investments provider based in Hong Kong, has installed a new business process management (BPM) solution from DST Systems.
The Automated Work Distributor (AWD) will streamline operations and standardize work processes at Standard Life, giving consistency to operations and complying with regulatory standards.
"We are confident that AWD will equip us with the capabilities to effectively manage our customer service operations both in local and potential markets," says Andy Clachers, COO at Standard Life.
