Rakesh Leaves Motilal Oswal Asset Management for Syntel
IT provider Syntel has appointed former hire Nitin Rakesh to head up its sales and business development efforts in the Americas.
Rakesh returns to Syntel, where he worked from 2002 to 2008, after serving as managing director and CEO for Mumbai-headquartered Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company.
In his first stint at the company, Rakesh was responsible for developing Syntel's Knowledge Process Outsourcing business. He now takes up the position of president for Syntel's Americas business development and near-shoring center.
