Omgeo Adds Three to Board
Hazel, global co-head of securities operations at Goldman Sachs, has been with in various operations roles with the investment bank since 1979, while Taggart is senior vice president responsible for State Street's investment management services (IMS) arm. Cosgrove will represent Omgeo's co-parent company, the DTCC, where as a managing director she oversees the depository's range of settlement and asset services.

Our newest members bring a wealth of operational experience and achievements within their firms, and will be excellent additions," says Marianne Brown, Omgeo's CEO.
