Thomson Reuters Rolls Out Elektron in Taiwan
Thomson Reuters has set up a new Elektron Managed Services facility at a datacenter in Taipei, Taiwan, that will provide global and local firms with the ability to connect to real-time market data services and its Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform suite of data management tools within the facility, and to co-locate their latency-sensitive data-consuming applications within the facility for faster access to data.
The new addition expands on the vendor's existing Elektron Managed Services presence in Asia, where it is already available via datacenters in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and Mumbai.
