Misys Adds Medlock as CFO
Medlock joins Misys as it seeks a sixth consecutive quarter of growth, and is steadily refreshing its senior leadership ranks. According to Nadeem Syed, the vendor's CEO, he was selected in part because of his previous experience managing relationships as CFO at other private equity-owned technology providers.
Vista Equity Partners acquired Misys in 2012.
