Ullink Chief Executive Useldinger to Step Down

Vendor adds Bertrand Sciard as interim chief executive.

Useldinger founded Ullink in 2001 but will move on to "new entrepreneurial opportunities".

Useldinger will step down to pursue "new entrepreneurial opportunities," but will remain a major shareholder in the company. Bertrand Sciard has been appointed as the firm's interim chief executive.

"We are very pleased to welcome Bertrand to the team," says Hans Gieskes, chairman of Ullink. "He brings a wealth of experience to the organization and management needed to support high-growth software companies."

Last year Ullink acquired the NYFIX and Metabit brands from NYSE Technologies.
