Axioma Names Former Euronext CFO New Finance Chief

Amaury Dauge was CFO of Euronext since January 2014.

Dauge was previously chief financial officer of Euronext, a position he had held since January 2014. In Euronext, Dauge led the carving-out of Euronext from NYSE Euronext before its initial public offer.

"Amaury's extensive international mergers and acquisitions, and investment experience will play an important role in our continuing success," said Sebastian Ceria, chief executive officer of Axioma, in a statement.

Before taking on the role of chief financial officer at Euronext, Dauge was senior vice president for corporate planning & analysis, beginning in December 2009. He joined Euronext as a senior analyst in 2001. He began his career at BNP Paribas, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Atos Consulting.
