Contango Capital Advisors migrates to hosted Eagle data management platform

An Eagle client since its inception in 2004, Contango opted to move its middle- and back-office systems to a hosted environment after reviewing its internal infrastructures as part of a cost reduction effort.

Brian Bichler, chief information officer at Contango, anticipates a 30% annual cost reduction following the move to Eagle Access, and a full return on investment by the middle of 2009. He says challenging market conditions prompted the manager to undertake operational cost reduction efforts
