First Boston Investment Loses 3rd Ops Head In 18 Months


First Boston Investment Management Corp. chief operating officer Robert Coby has departed the firm, leaving management of its operations division under the auspices of Jim Pappas, the money management firm's director. Coby's departure marks the latest technology management shakeup at a firm that has lost three operations heads in the space of 18 months.
