Bear, Stearns Begins 'Controlled Rollout' Of Push-Based Distribution System For Client Clearing Applications

NEW YORK--Bear, Stearns has gone into a "controlled rollout" of a new system to ease software distribution to its correspondent clearing customers who will be able get updates for their clearing applications via Java-based browsers and push technology from Marimba, says Bill Moss, managing director for IS at the New York-based investment bank and brokerage firm.
