A survey of U.K. dealing room equipment managers depicts a group beset by rapacious information suppliers, low budgets, and technophobic dealers. The survey, sponsored by London-based systems integrator Datacorp, suggests that greed and fear, not rationality, govern the introduction of new technology to U.K. dealing rooms.
