An eye on the future

Insights gathered on key business priorities via a survey led by WatersTechnology, featuring senior technology and data experts, point to three converging priorities leading the strategic agenda at their organizations—generative artificial intelligence applications, advanced data analytics and cloud-
based data marketplaces. Re-platforming legacy systems and enterprise systems interoperability were also ranked among the top five priorities.

While these initiatives are not emerging trends, they are fast becoming foundational capabilities, with each offering distinct value.
