StreamBase Aims at China with Hithink Partnership

StreamBase has offices in New York, Lexington and London.

StreamBase Systems has announced that it will partner with Zhejiang Hithink Flush Information Network for the development of technology suitable for the Chinese market.

Hithink will develop, using StreamBase's software, products such as algorithmic trading platforms, transaction cost-analysis tools, and market data-related solutions that utilize complex events processing (CEP).

"We are excited to partner with StreamBase and eager to introduce CEP technology and a suite of innovative products to the Chinese trading community," said Huang Yi, associate director of business development at Hithink. "The financial industry in China has evolved rapidly and as our clients become more sophisticated in electronic trading we see great opportunity for CEP-powered applications."
