Thomson Buys Worldstreet Net Technology

NEW YORK--Thomson Financial has acquired the Worldstreet Net technology assets from Worldstreet, a communications infrastructure technology provider.

Terms of the transactions were not disclosed and it is unclear where Worldstreet shareholders stand. Investors in Worldstreet include American Century, JP Morgan, Cambridge Technology Partners, Deutsche Bank, Gilde Investment Management, Hambrecht & Quist, Northbridge Venture Partners and Advanced Technology Ventures.
