Reuters' Letter Clouds Telerate/ AT&T's Trading Service Debut

Despite rumors that their joint venture is falling apart, Telerate Inc. and AT&T courted conventioneers at Forex '88 with their foreign exchange transactional product, known simply as The Trading Service.
But the product's preview was overshadowed by news that Reuters Information Services Inc. has asked the Justice Department to investigate whether AT&T's participation in the joint venture violates the modified final judgment governing the breakup of the Bell system.
