Offers investment manager centralized accounting, reporting.
SunGard’s Investran will act as the foundation for a new operating platform across investment and investor operations, replacing a largely manual operating environment and provide an important link between the finance and investor relations teams, helping them to send accurate and transparent portfolio data to investors in a timelier manner.
“We were looking for a solution that would help improve the efficiency of our administration platform and streamline our operations. Our goal was to employ one system for all of our investment and investor information. In SunGard’s Investran, we saw a solution that has both a robust general ledger for accounting and the flexibility we needed for a variety of investor reports," says Investindustrial’s chief financial officer, Neil Smith
