RPMI Railpen Taps Eagle for Data Management Support

Pension provider opts for data management solution using Eagle private cloud, ACCESS.

Based in London, RMPI Railpen is the in-house asset management operation for the Railways Pension Scheme.

Deployed using Eagle's private cloud, Eagle ACCESS, the data platform is part of a "major project" carried out by RPMI Railpen to improve the quality, accuracy and deliver of data to its front-office systems. The solution will form the foundation upon which a new investments infrastructure will be built, according to RPMI Railpen.

"We have already started to see the benefits of the implementation," says Nicky Dymond, director for strategy and change at RPMI Railpen. "We have leveraged the capabilities of the platform to provide enhanced reporting capabilities, to add greater analytical breadth and depth to the data, and to build an architecture that efficiently provides front-office systems and processes with consistent data."
