Winklevoss-Backed Bitcoin Venue to Begin Trading

Clients being on-boarded to Gemini ahead of Thursday's launch.

The BTC exchange, first announced in January, will feature a new user interface that includes advanced pricing simulations for exchanges and other institutional customers.

Gemini is the latest among a handful of virtual currency trading venues to launch in 2015 as the asset becomes more popular for both commercial transactions and as a trading commodity. The twin founders, previously of Facebook fame, have said that additional digital stores of value will be added later, as well.
