Integra Capital Management Corp. of Toronto is planning to enhance its distribution systems with voice response and Internet features. The long-range plans are taking shape just as a 49 per cent interest in the company is being purchased by United Asset Management of Boston. The new systems should be in place by next September, once the company completes its installation of software from InvestLink Technologies, a New York developer that UAM acquired in February.
