EJV, Market Vision Plan Technology Pact Amid Talk That Reuters Seeks To Buy EJV

EJV Partners L.P. and Liberty Brokerage Inc. subsidiary Market Vision Corp. are planning a so-called product and technology alliance. The deal, signed as talks to bring Liberty on board as the seventh and managing member of the EJV drag on (IMT, April 30), sets the stage for the EJV to market a completely unbundled line of UniVu fixed-income data services and analytics.

The future of the deal was already in question at press time, though, as market sources reported rumors that Reuters had agreed
