Reuters/Equant Venture Has Four New Customers And A New Name: Radianz

NEW YORK--Reuters and Equant have settled on a name for the joint networking company they announced earlier this year: Radianz. The venture will run as an independent concern, and it is actively pursuing customers in the financial services arena.

Last week Radianz announced its first four customers: Euroclear, Knight Trading Group, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Societe Generale subsidiary Fimat.

Brennan Carley, chief product and technology officer at Radianz, says that the network provider
