NEW YORK--Bloomberg has been making organizational adjustments that have resulted in global roles for some senior management and puts parts of the company under non-US management.

Bloomberg has traditionally run its business as separate regional entities, with large offices sited in New York and London. Now, however, the organizational changes reflect the company’s realignment from a mainly geographic business to a functional global organization.
