Sun Benchmarks Financial Fusion Server For Straight Through Processing

BOSTON--Sun Microsystems and Financial Fusion last week announced results from the first-ever STP performance test for FIX routing. Running on a Sun Enterprise 6500 server and twelve CPUs, the Financial Fusion Server with GlobalFIX processes 630 messages per second. On a Sun Enterprise 420R server with four CPUs, Financial Fusion processes 350 messages per second.
