Oracle To Add FTI's Financial Models To Next Generation Of Financial Apps

NEW YORK--As part of a recently signed agreement, Oracle will be integrating the financial data software from New York-based Financial Technologies International (FTI) into the next generation of a suite of Oracle financial applications.

The Accounting Engine and the Global Financial Data Model (GFDM) of FTI--both of which Oracle will incorporate into its Oracle Financial Services applications--will allow Oracle users to drill down to the transaction layers of swaps, futures, bonds and fixed
