BULLETIN: Instinet's Chairman And President Resign To Start New Firm

THIS WEEK'S LEAD STORIES

William Lupien, chairman and chief executive officer of Instinet Corp., and Murray Finebaum, president and chief operating officer, will leave the Reuters Holdings PLC subsidiary to form a Los Angeles-based brokerage firm.

Reuters managing director Glen Renfrew has been notified of the resignations, but Lupien and Finebaum plan to remain at Instinet until March.
