WHY THEY WON
The last year and a half has been about remote work and making sure companies remain in compliance—ACA’s mobile, managed service and regtech expertise helped firms accomplish their work during a challenging time, and it’s likely why voters ticked the box for ACA in this year’s Rankings.
WHAT’S NEW
ACA Compliance launched the ComplianceAlpha mobile app to help firms communicate with employees during business continuity plan (BCP) situations and increase compliance while working from home.
It developed a free Covid-19 resource library, and offered its web-based insider training course free of change.
It also invested in building out its natural language processing capabilities and improved its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) practices.
WHAT’S TO COME
ACA is building new functionality that includes best execution from a compliance perspective, control room features, additional electronic communications support, and rep license management component.
It is looking to increase the ease of integration with third-party systems.
And it aims to further integrate its managed services and consulting units with its core technology.
