Users can leverage this data to conduct in-depth analysis, identify trends, and assess risks. The platform features advanced screening tools, allowing users to filter through large datasets to find specific investment opportunities or market insights tailored to their specific needs.

S&P Capital IQ Pro integrates AI features, extensive data on over 109,000 public and more than 54 million private companies globally, and advanced analytical tools to streamline workflows. Its Visible Alpha integration enhances company analysis with over 1 million consensus estimates for 7,300 public companies, offering projections beyond 2040. Users benefit from customizable dashboards, real-time market alerts and access to over 40 million research reports from investment banks, fostering informed collaboration on a single platform.

Recent goals

Over the past year, S&P Capital IQ Pro has integrated over 200 million data points, and 1 million unique consensus estimates from Visible Alpha, enhancing insights for 7,300 companies across more than 170 industries. GenAI tools like Document Intelligence and ChatIQ support users by locating insights for their company, industry and sector research. It also offers headcount analytics for 4.5 million private companies and access to over 19.4 million fixed-income securities, boosting speed, accuracy and relevance in decision-making.

Product roadmap

Upcoming releases of S&P Capital IQ Pro will feature enhanced GenAI capabilities, such as Natural Language Screening for financial data and Natural Language Charting for quick visualizations. Additionally, Document Intelligence will expand to support multi-document queries. Additional enhancements include advanced analytics tools and visualizations for Visible Alpha data, expanding Markit Fixed Income content to include CDS and iBoxx indices, and launching Earnings IQ and Sector IQ newsletters, delivering timely information to users/clients.
