Portware opens Hong Kong office

Portware, the global provider of multi-asset trading systems, has opened an office in Hong Kong to support a growing client base in the Asia-Pacific region. The office will focus on implementation management and support, and will be managed by Damian Bierman, formerly head of FIX product services at Nyfix in Hong Kong. Portware, which was established in 2000, already has offices in London, New York and India, serving 100 firms including hedge funds, asset managers and sell-side trading desks.
