SunGard extends consulting services to energy sector
SunGard Consulting Services has extended its activities to the energy industry with the appointment of a managing partner to deal with the sector. Austin Morris, based in the vendor's Houston, Texas office, will oversee the delivery of IT systems to customers in all segments of the energy sector. SunGard's offerings will assist companies in trading and marketing energy, processing transactions and risk management.
