The newly unveiled version of SunGard's InvesTier product adds a new equalisation accounting methodology to the investor accounting and reporting system that currently supports more than 1000 hedge funds. Version 4.2 supports all unitised funds, whether they use share series or equalisation. The vendor says this development creates a truly global investor accounting system that supports complex fund structures and allocations among funds, their feeders, classes, and series across multiple
