Nyfix disbands OMS and transfers clients to Citi

Nyfix and Citi have agreed to offer Nyfix Fusion OMS clients a transition arrangement to Citi's Lava ColorPalette OMS. Clients who make the transition, as well as existing Lava ColorPalette OMS clients, will have access to Nyfix's suite of electronic trading services. Lava clients will also continue to have access to the Citi electronic execution products. Nyfix says the decision to disband its Fusion OMS will enable it to devote more resources to clients of its FIXTrader desktop trading system
