Nations Funds Takes Customized MSHARE From GIS

Hackensack, NJ--Global Investment Systems (GIS) has created a customized version of its MSHARE system for Nations Funds. Nations Funds will use the software under the name Fundshare for the private label distribution of the family money market funds.

Fundshare provides Nations Funds with an interface to its existing money market systems, allowing the transfer of buy and sell information. Distributors will separately maintain shareholder account information. At the end of the day, Nations Funds
