Barra Sells Interface To R&N For Euro Options

Barra Inc.'s London-based subsidiary, Barra International has released an interface between its front-office exchange-traded futures/options system and Rolfe & Nolan's back-office software. Both vendors are targeting the fiercely competitive market for systems to support derivative trading on Europe's electronic exchanges, including the Deutche Terminborse (DTB) and the Swiss Options and Financial Futures Exchange (Soffex). In particular, they hope the Barra/R&N link will head off competition
