Buy-Side Technology Awards 2012: Entries Open Monday
Today, I'm going to play the role of Sybil Ludington and alert about the forthcoming Buy-Side Technology Awards 2012. (Fun fact: Ludington was more of a badass than Paul Revere and has a statue in her honor in my hometown of Carmel, New York.)
Starting on Monday, July 23, firms may submit entries to this year's awards. The closing deadine for entries is September 14. While I know that most of you will wait until the last minute to submit your entries, there's no better time than the present to get started.
If you want to know how to enter, please click here.
Here's a bit of advice about what makes a good entry: Approach the Buy-Side Technology Awards in a similar manner to the way you treat a typical technology "beauty parade", and you can't go wrong. However, copying and pasting information from your website, is not going to help your cause. We want to know about your most recent upgrades, how your clients are using your solutions, who your reference clients are, what your growth has been like over the last 12 months, and what enhancements you are currently working on. Essentially, we want to know all about what makes your organization and your technology different from the rest of the industry ─ we want to know all about your "secret sauce".
The winners will be announced on November 2 in London, at the Royal Horseguards Hotel, overlooking the Thames.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give me a call (646-490-3973) or shoot me an email (anthony.malakian@incisivemedia.com).
