Morgan Stanley Restructures Data Group
The bank decided earlier this year to manage most of its real-time data technology within the equity technology group, which supports up to 70 percent of the bank's latency sensitive applications, sources say.
The move means that Steven Lieblich and John Armstrong, managing directors of equity technology in New York and London respectively, have extended their responsibilities to oversee most of the bank's real-time data technologies, including direct feeds, ticker plants, data distribution
