After nearly three years of searching, Citicorp has found a taker for its I/B/E/S Inc. earnings forecasting unit: Dutch publishing group VNU's Disclosure Inc. The deal relieves Citi of a non-core business unit and will help Disclosure bolster its suite of fundamental information on public companies.
