Almost 60 percent of participants are not considering switching data providers in 2010, with budget constraints, avoiding business disruption, and a lack of user pressure for change the top reasons cited for sticking with the status quo. However, among those that might switch providers, budget-i.e. reducing costs-was the biggest factor. And firms are still more open to switching this year than in 2009, when only 13 percent of those polled changed providers.
