With sell-side firms set to continue their drives to cut the costs of market data, the simplicity of the invoicing and billing process for data has become the most important priority for trading floor managers. Yet this is the area where data vendors’ services are weakest, according to new research from UK-based financial IT consultancy Kimsey Consulting.
