Telekurs May Debut 128 KPS Ticker By Year's End

Telekurs (North America) Inc. is developing a new 128 kilobit/second version of its Ticker datafeed that will give its customers access to a wider range of market information, including foreign exchange data. After Telekurs releases the higher-bandwidth feed, it will continue to sell its 56 kilobit/second Ticker service but will discontinue its lower bandwith feeds. The vendor expects to release the upgraded Ticker in the fourth quarter this year.
