Wunsch Gets Sec Exemption, Plans Launch Of SPAworks

The Securities and Exchange Commission last week voted to approve an exemption sought by Wunsch Auction Systems Inc. that would allow its proposed automated exchange to begin trading as soon as next month. WASI had sought exemption from registering its Single Price Auction Networks (SPAworks) as an exchange on the grounds of anticipated low volume.
