Icap Bows Tervela Low-Latency Messaging
Icap is now implementing the first phase of the project, which comprises building the infrastructure and messaging specification from a network of Tervela's TMX-500 message switches, TPE persistence engines and its TPM management component, following a "rigorous" selection process in the second half of last year. Future phases will include the implementation of a set of unspecified common services, and gradually integrating selected components of the broker's broader trading and data
