OSE Enlists KVH for Proximity Hosting

The Osaka Securities Exchange will host its new OSE derivatives trading system, which will launch in the first quarter of 2011, in Japanese hosting services provider KVH's Tokyo datacenter, enabling high-frequency traders co-located in the facility to establish low-latency connectivity to the exchange's data and trading engine via high-speed cross-connects. KVH will also be able to provide low-latency access to the data via its Ethernet to other facilities operated by Colt Telecom and other
