Toronto Financial Information Summit: Users Seek Transparency in Pricing Market Data, Vendor Fees
Trading firms located in Toronto are looking for more transparency into over-the-counter pricing data as new regulations move OTC trading to centrally-cleared platforms, and as OTC trading volumes increase. But in the face of continuing budget pressures, firms are also seeking more partnership-type relationships with their data providers, according to panelists at the recent Toronto Financial Information Summit, hosted by Inside Market Data and Inside Reference Data.
